Skirt Steak with Chimichurri

If you're not hungry, you will be after seeing this recipe from Grandbaby Cakes. All the flavors you need for a delicious dinner!

What You'll Need:

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider or red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound Skirt Steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste

What You'll Do:

  • Whisk all ingredients together and pour into a large resealable bag.
  • Add skirt steak in the marinade for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
  • When ready to grill, preheat your Fuego grill to high. Liberally season the marinated skirt steak with salt and pepper.
  • Grill until desired doneness (135F for medium rare).
  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing on a cutting board, then serve with chimichurri sauce (find Jocelyn's homemade recipe here!)

Serve it with a side of potatoes or rice, and you're golden!
