Grilled Personal Pizzas

An easy and fast way to heat up pizzas is right on top of the grill. It adds flavor to the crust and melts the cheese to perfection. Plat around with your favorite toppings or have a make-your-own pizza night!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 mini naan bread or flat bread
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 6 pepperonis
  • 1 cup mini peppers, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • Spinach
  • Italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat grill to low. Assemble pizzas by adding a layer of marinara and cheese. For vegetarian, add peppers, onions and spinach. Add pepperoni to the other two. Add to grill face up and close the hood until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve warm.
