Grilled Sriracha Chicken Wings
Friday is National Chicken Wing Day – so in honor of the holiday we put together a truly fuego recipe for chicken wings that is so easy it can be done in just three steps. For those you like a little heat with their wings, this recipe is perfect for you. See below for the ingredients and instructions. If you try the recipe we’d love for you to share it with us on social media and tag us at @fuegogrills!
Ingredient
3 pounds chicken wings
½ cup Sriracha hot sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Mix Sriracha hot sauce, lemon juice, honey salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pull some of the marinate out and place to the side for later.
2. Once mixed, add the chicken wings and make sure they are all covered with the marinate. Place bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
3. Heat up your Fuego Grill to medium-high heat. Place the wings directly on grill and cook until done – about 5 minutes each side. Take the saved marinate and brush onto the cooked wings and grill for about another minute on each side.
