Simple Seasoned Onions

Looking for something simple to spice up your go-to meals? Try grilling these melt-in-your-mouth onions! They’re the perfect addition to your burger, salad or grilled cheese and add just enough flair to impress anyone your cooking for.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 large red onions, cut horizontally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Red chili flakes (optional)

 

What You’ll Do:

  1. Heat the grill to medium high heat.
  2. Brush the onion slices with olive oil and butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
  3. Put them on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Add them to your favorite dinner dish and enjoy!
