• Tri-tip Sirloin steak
• Roasted chicken
• Swordfish steaks
• Ribeye steaks
• Burgers- sirloin, turkey, or chicken (1 TBSP per pound of meat)
• Grilled or oven-roasted summer squash (sliced lengthwise)

• Homemade Ranch salad dressing
