    For all warranty claims, including shipping damage, please submit the following information:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt.
  • The serial number for your grill.
  • Your ship to address.
  • Photos of the issues you have experienced.

    Please submit via email to info@fuegoliving.com. Including all of this information in the first message will help to expedite the replacement parts shipment.

    Fuego Element

  • One (1) Year comprehensive parts on the entire product. Three (3) Years limited parts warranty covering the stainless burner.

    Fuego Professional

  • One (1) Year comprehensive parts on the entire product. Three (3) Years limited parts warranty covering the stainless burner.

    Fuego F-Series

  • Limited Lifetime warranty covering all stainless steel body components. Five (5) year burner / diffuser panel. One (1) year ignition system.

    What is new on the Element Grill for 2019?

  • (1) We have upgraded the residue removal system to allow grease and food debris to drop directly into the tray. (2) We have increased the BTU/hr to 22,000. (3) We're added a hinged lid to make your grilling experience even better.
