Got this based on design and company reputation. It arrived on time (actually arrived right two days before I was hoping!! Before our anniversary)
Had few questions emailed support, prompt and helpful answers. And on the day of test it delivered in spades!! Retiring genesis grill, and this is the best money spent on a grill. It is hot, even temperature on surface, even at first time everything came out great! Stainless steel is so thick and maintains heat so well. Does not stick and easy to clean. Very happy with the product, design, service and Performance!!
