As most, the diffuser on our grill rusted away. Was thinking it was going to be a pain to find a replacement and would take forever to actually show up at the house. I was wrong on all fronts! Went to the website, quickly and easily found the part needed, and it was on my door step in less than 5 days. Very happy with each aspect of this interaction.

Nice diffuser, like the enamel coating.
Disappointed that my newer grill parts are rusting at a much faster rate than my older Fuego grill (a few years older). Even the Fire bowl of the newer grill is rusting at a very disappointing rate. No issues with excessive rust with my older grill.. The newer grills must be made using a lower grade steel.
Customer service expressed no concern regarding this rusting issue. (very unsupportive)
