    You might see this price tag and think it's too good to be true. Think again. We will be honest though, a few of our components are not 304SS, simply because they can't be. Here is the list:

    Powerful Engine

    Our dual U-shaped burner system delivers balanced heat beneath the heavy duty 8mm solid stainless steel grates preventing “hot spots”. The F27S-Griddle is powered by two 20,000 BTU/hr. burners for a total output of 40,000 BTU/hr.

    As shown in the adjacent photo, our double U-shaped burners look and act like a 4 burner grill. This gives the balance and uniform heat you are looking for in a premium gas grill.

    Our 304SS burners and their 304SS diffusers come with a five year warranty. As with all of our grills it heats up to 500F in just 5 minutes and maintains temperatures from 250F-650F.

    Gets Hot Faster

    True to form, our premium lineup is no exception. Heating to 500F in just 5 minutes and over 650F, your grill will be fired up and ready to cook in no time.

    Featuring multiple 20,000 BTU/hr burners, heat is evenly dispursed throughout the firebox eliminating hot spots for balanced grilling anywhere on the grill.

    LED Backlit Knobs

    New for 2024, we have upgraded our control knobs for a better feel and added LED lights to the bezel. Simply turn the knob to the start position and the lights will activate. The best part about our LED knobs is that no electrical connection is required and they operated off a single battery.

    Intelligent Design Mounting Brackets

    As with all Fuego products, the ease of installation rains true in our built-in series.

    Simply prepare the rough opening per the cut sheet and drop the grill in place. Checkout our spec sheets or user manuals for the detailed cutout dimensions.

    Large Griddle Surface

    At only 27" wide with the shelves down (more about our recessed shelves below) the F27S-Griddle maximizes the cooking area.

    With a total griddle area of 400 sq. in. you will have plenty of space for gatherings of any type. More griddle surface than most 30" grills in its class.

    Clean Face Design

    WOur built-in lineup offers a clean line face unlike any other built-in grill on the market. No bulbous and dated face perfect for the modern outdoor kitchen..

    The grill can be installed by overlapping the finished stone or butting the stone up to the control panel sides.

    Fajitas

    The large griddle surface is perfect for sizzling up a wide variety of foods. One of our favorites is fajitas.

    Fish & Veggies

    For the ultimate crispy skin and seared veggies the griddle top unit will be your go-to outdoor appliance. The solid 8mm 304SS griddle is amazing at retaining and evenly distributing heat.

    Love it!

    Love the setup, easy to install, easy to clean and easy to operate. My friends are impressed with the design and how fast it’s ready to begin cooking. I have a true outdoor kitchen with 14ft ceilings and the only drawback is there isn’t a cover for it yet. Call customer service and hopefully one should be available in August.will look at other Fuego options as I expand my kitchen.

    Works great! Professionally built.

    The griddle works great! I feel like a professional when I’m out cooking. The stainless steel is very clean looking. My only complaints is water getting into the residue tray when it rains and finding an easy way to clean the residue collection channel after use. Otherwise my 1st 6 months have been fun!
