Fuego F27S 304SS Pizza Oven

I've had my Fuego Pizza Oven for a couple of months now. So, I've had a chance to use it several times and work out the details on how to really use it to its fullest capabilities. First, let me say customer service was fantastic. The oven was delivered on time and very easy to set up. All that is required is to unbox it, assemble a few simple pieces and connect it to the gas line (full confession - I had my plumber connected the gas line to be safe). Once connected, you are ready to go. The oven lights easily and heats up amazingly fast. We burnt the first couple of pizzas trying to adjust to the quick cook time and understanding how to rotate your pizza. Being a complete pizza oven novice, there was a small learning curve. After the newbie stage, cooking the pizza became elementary. This oven is great for family pizza night and having friends over for a pizza party. It is well designed and easy to use. I highly recommend.

We are super happy with the Feugo Pizza Oven. It arrived perfectly packaged and our gas guy had it hooked up in 15 minutes. The design is impressive and solid with a large cooking area and efficient heating system that, once warmed up, stays very hot for a long time at a low setting. We placed it next to our large outdoor grill and the two form a handsome duo that looks great and works well side by side.

We have enjoyed experimenting with different dough recipes and topping options (there are tons of great tutorials on the web) and have used the oven to crank out pizzas for big groups of people. Friends like to jump in, roll out the dough and create their own pizza combinations which cook in a few minutes. We recently hosted a memorable celebration for 20 people making 18 delicious pizzas back to back. Made the dough ahead of time, simple fresh ingredients, a few salads and a case of Italian wine and bingo - killer dinner party.

We were originally hesitant to add the Pizza oven to our outdoor kitchen but I honestly wish we had added it years ago.

During our family vacations we’ve always rented homes that have outdoor pizza ovens but they’ve all been wood-burning
We ordered our pizza oven during Covid online
We did get it within a couple of weeks as promised everything was perfect
I’m very new to an outdoor pizza oven
We chose the gas model
I cannot get the pizza to cook in the center the outside crust is nice and toasted very delicious but the inside is raw what are your tips
Please comment and help me
As I’ve been online for three days reviewing everybody’s recipe and tips - nothing is helpful

Great quality I was surprised at the high end quality well worth the price

It gets super hot fast. Kinda wish there were more instructions and tips on how to use it. We have burnt a few pizzas!! Lol. it showed up in perfect condition.
We were promised a cover due to the long delivery time in compensation but that didn't come through. We did get $100 credit. We were promised delivery by Labor Day and got it
December 24th. :). Well worth the wait. Customer service was always friendly and apologetic, offered a refund but we chose to wait. Installation support over the holidays was excellent, answered the first phone call and helped us get it going. It's pretty big so make sure dimensions fit your space.
I would recommend to a friend!
