I had a lot of trouble on the install. I called customer service and left a message. There was no return call as promised. The online video was helpful except for the fact that it used a brand new grill. Not helpful when the screw was rusted. Anyway I’m disappointed that there was no follow up on your part but I’m happy it’s installed and working like a charm.

Easy to install, but didn’t solve the problem

I found it very easy to install, but not sure it was the problem still unable to ignite so I’m just using my clicker.
