Really makes the most out of my grill.
I made a huge compete for a family breakfast. The surface heats quickly so you need to move quickly. Would like to see some care instructions
Wow, this thing is built well! Huge heat sink that provides an outstanding cooking surface for everything from pancakes to Mongolian bbq. Only caveat is there aren’t any care instructions and, unlike the standard grate, there is no ‘this side down’ marker to indicate which side should be up. (I’ve used both sides, the one with the slight intention is grate for helping to keep shrimp and veggies from dropping through the vent holes... but is slightly harder to clean than the flat side.) I’d love to know if a grill Stone could be used safely on this, as it would be the easiest way to clean.
