Built on the design foundation of our original award-winning Element, the F21C-H offers new practical features like a hinged lid, increased BTUs and a convenient residue removal system. Read on to learn more!
Sure, all grills come with a lid. But our hinged lid was intentionally designed to open 45° to the right, preventing the user from reaching directly over the hot cooking surface. Keep the heat on the food, not your face.
We have also upgraded the finished to withstand temperatures over 1100°F.
Our dual zone burner system delivers balanced heat across the heavy duty grate to prevent “hot spots”. The Element F21CH boasts a total of 22,000 BTU/hr which can easily be adjusted for direct or indirect grilling with a push-and-turn control knob.
Zone 1 Indirect: 15,500 BTU/hr
Cook low and slow with indirect heat
Zone 1+ Zone 2 Direct: 15,500 BTU/hr + 6,500 BTU/ hr = 22,000 BTU/hr
Sear steaks & seafood to create those irresistible grill marks.
The generous cooking area can serve a party of two or a dozen! Easily transform your grill to cook pizza with our exclusive pizza stone kit or breakfast with a griddle top. Accessories sold separately.
Let’s bring our attention to what really counts — Time to Temperature. The Element F21C-H can reach 500°F in 5 minutes due to its fuel efficient 22,000 BTU/hr burner. Less fuel means less air flow required for combustion allowing your favorite foods to retain more moisture. Now that’s the key to grilling success.
No more tripping over or exposing the unsightly propane tank. With the Element F21C-H, store the tank below the fire bowl and easily access it at any time. Freely maneuver the grill on its smooth-rolling wheels and never worry about the front door going out of place, thanks to our perfect close door clasp system.

Love this grill. Moves easily. Doesn’t have the flare ups like other grills. I recommend it.
I replaced a 10 year old Fuego Element with a new one due to a failing burner unit and overall wear and tear. So far works as expected in a really nice smallish footprint. Also like the hinged cover. I wish they would have kept the fold out shelf instead of asking me to spend an extra $40 for a clip on which needs to be stored somewhere.
Would have liked to give 5 stars but there was an issue with the manufacturing prosses.
While I was putting the grill together 2 of the brass gromet nuts attached to the grill fire bowl where the lid attaches to the grill where striped and not crimped correctly. I was able to go to hardware store and get 2 stainless steel bolts and nuts to fix problem, not ideal but worked.
I found all other aspects of the grill to be excellent. Ease of assembly, design is a work of art and materials appear to be of good quality.
Closer quality control should have caught issue but all in all I’m well satisfied with purchase.
The grill was easy to assemble and does everything Fuego Website says. I connected it to a piped gas line instead of a portable propane tank. Works great and heats to 500+ degrees very quickly.
Used three times since delivery. One steak, one giant porkchop, one 1/2 slab of ribs. All three excellent. Great new grill experience.
