Award Winning Design
Big brother to the Fuego Element, our Fuego Professional shares similar design features while boasting a 25% larger grilling area and 20% more BTUs/hr heat output.
Massive Grilling Area
The Fuego Professional offers 525 sq. in. of grilling surface (415 sq. in. main / 110 sq. in. warming) with the ability to grill 20 half-pound burgers at once.
Additionally our heavy duty grate weighs in at over 15 lbs providing massive heat sink ensuring amazing sear marks from any spot on the grill.
Hinged Propane Tank Storage
The Fuego Professional features a hinged door front to easily access the propane tank for everyday use and when it's time to replace it.
We also added a perfect door clasp to keep the front panel closed securely, preventing those annoying rattles you hear on other grills.
No more unsightly propane tanks or rattle traps when moving the grill around your patio.
Easy To Clean Residue Tray
Keep your grill clean with the Fuego Professional's simple and easy-to-clean residue tray. We removed an additional 100+square inches of surface area from the bottom of the firebowl allowing the cooking debris to drop straight into the residue tray.
The grease residue is safely stored below the fire box. Simply pull the tray handle, clean the residue tray and heat reflector panel, then return when you're ready to start grilling again. This new design makes cleanup a breeze.
All went well with my install. I will have to admit I have some experience from my business. We sell propane and appliances. However, this was exceptionally easy. I tried cooking a whole turkey and it went pretty well. I overcooked it a bit. I am not used to the high temps. Ready to try again.
Very nice grill - easy assembly and we love the size and function. The double burner rings allow you to grill multiple foods and adjust the heat easily to achieve perfectly grilled meat, fish, poultry, etc. Keeping the grill clean is a snap! The cover and side tray were extra and both are totally worth purchasing. Thanks for designing such a nice product.
The packaging was the best I’ve seen inn10 years of online buying. Directions were very good with a couple exceptions:1- the instruction page for using the front cooking dial was not clear. I’m still not sure where Hi is other than guessing it’s at 12noon and low is next to off. Also the gas output btu’s info had different value spreads on different pages. Finally I had problems getting the propane tank to hang on the storage area hook. A little inconvenient. Now I’m hoping the promised 26K BTU output will provide the needed searing heat for good steaks. Also the cover is a little difficult to put on. A partial zipper would be great. And a bigger company logo on the cover!
Very nicely designed grill. Smaller footprint than other grills w/a comparable amount of grill surface space. The grate is a nice heavy duty cast iron. I really liked the ease of assembly. The grill did not come in 500 parts like most gas grills do. The only thing I wish this grill had was a higher BTU output (only 26.5k BTU). It really struggles to get to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, during warm weather. I grill all year long and suspect it will take longer to get really hot in the colder months. Another thing might help is if the grill had sliding closures on the lid openings. It might hold the heat in a bit better when trying to get temps higher. Sometimes you want a really good sear, so getting the temps up are important. One thing we did try and was very pleased about was using the grill for pizza (we already had a stone). It did work well, but would have liked to have the temps a little higher. I've only had the grill for a month, so I cannot attest to the grill's longevity yet.
Happy so far with fast high temps and space saving design. Like the way the top opens to the side. Cooked pizza but will need the stone so bottom doesn’t burn. Steaks were awesome. Will keep trying other items. Only had it a few weeks.
