I’ve owned many grills over the years but the Fuego 27S has turned out to be the best. Its a great size, heats up very quickly and burns evenly. The grill is well constructed and the customer service is exceptional.

I agonized and actually purchased (and cancelled) two high-end grills prior to settling on this beauty. After visiting a local BBQ store and seeing and touching several brands, including Artisan, Turbo, Coyote, and several others, I couldn't bring myself to spend $4k on a grill that I felt I could get cheaper with comparable quality. After many hours of research, I decided to go with the Fuego 27S. The reviews on this site certainly helped and I appreciated buying direct from Fuego vs. Amazon or another outlet. My grill arrived fully assembled on a pallet and within minutes I had a working product plugged in to my household gas outlet. I've had it for a few weeks now and have been using every other day at a minimum. I also purchased the griddle attachment and used it twice over Memorial Day weekend for breakfast tacos with sausage and bacon. This grill is the real deal; easy to clean, cooks evenly and well, high quality stainless steel, and it looks great! VERY pleased with this purchase given the quality and value versus other high end options.

I was looking for a smaller profile grill due to a docking station that I had to store it when not in use. Most of the decent grills on the market have bulky side tables with burners that I didn't need or desire and I end up unscrewing and throwing away. The collapsable side tables are genius and the Fuego is the only one that I have seen on the market with this. Concept would be great for small apartment balconies that are space challenged. I had a NG Stainless Designer Brand Grill for 15 years with brass burners that was inconsistent with heat at best. Sometimes I had to fire it up for 30 minutes to get it hot. I fired up the Fuego and within minutes I had 500-600 degrees of heat. For the first time in years, I actually turned down the heat on the grill. Totally happy about not wasting gas while I wait for the thing to heat. Their customer service is outstanding. I bought the standalone griddle which fits over one burner. They replaced the first one due to some warping of the metal that made it rock. While the $2K was more than I originally intended to spend overall, the grill and frame is made completely out of stainless, with welds and no flimsy extra parts that will end up corroding like other "stainless" grills at the big box stores. I have to say that I think that the money was well worth it and I look forward to grilling my different fish catches on the grill. Buying direct might save you a little money and the free shipping was great. The grill came completely assembled and the NG set up was ready to go unlike a previous reviewer's suggestion. The company listens to the feedback.

Well our previous grill, different brand, lasted 11 years and then gave up;( After looking at all the options, listening to our son in law, we decided on this grill. We can’t be more happy with the grilling and quality of the product.

We have owned dozens of grills, but without the benefit of having a covered porch, they have always rusted out.
This grill has high grade stainless steel everywhere! Even the (very wide!) drip drawer is stainless.
The temperature gets stinkin hot in 5 minutes! We can now go from fridge to table in 20 minutes! ( we used to have to wait at least 20 for the old grill to get hot enough!)

The 27” is sleek and streamlined. Not too big and has a very small footprint. However, the cooking surface is bigger than other brands we’ve owned. And the cooking grates a heavy solid stainless! A breeze to clean.
It is worth every penny- and I know it will NOT be rusted out in a year or two!
