We are a Design Build Specifier on the East Coast. We called in to speak to a customer service representative to align our order and more orders on what we would be constructing as a virtual design show house, due to the pandemic we felt that it was the next incarnation of the industry.
Not only did they not want to assist us in our order or give any type of discounting, I had to follow up two times within the three months that it took to actually send the attachments necessary for the order.
I ended up ordering the grill from Amazon because it worked with the small footprint that we had on one outdoor area, we will not feature this grill in any of our virtual collaborations and partnerships with the show house.
The kit is a natural gas hose and a couple of orifices. Instructions were good and installation was straightforward. We already had a NG connection on our deck so the connector for the gas piping was not needed. I do have one negative comment. If you are not going you're not going to use propane there is a large hole in the floor of the base cabinet where a propane tank would sit. This makes storage in the base cabinet pretty much impossible. I went to a nearby outfit that sells plastics and got a piece of 3/4 black polyethylene. I routed out a circle of the proper size to cover the unused hole for the propane tank. A nice touch would be to include a piece of plastic that would do that. Not a serious flaw, but an annoyance and making one would probably not be something that most purchasers would do on their own.
I truly enjoy this grill; the time to heat is short, and cooking temperatures are appreciated.
I have a limited amount of room & the grill fits my application well.
Easy to assemble. Doesn't take up much room. Nice looking. Quickly reaches cooking temperature. Very happy with the Fuego.
Customer service was great. My original order ended up at the wrong address due to the USPS. Fuego’s staff immediately sent another replacement. Can’t ask for more.
